MegoCamp is an online directory that helps users discover camping grounds, caravan parks, holiday parks, and related accommodation across Australia. We provide information, reviews, and links to third-party booking providers and park operators. MegoCamp is not itself a travel agency or booking platform unless explicitly stated.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Service for fraudulent or misleading purposes
- Submitting false, defamatory, or abusive content
- Scraping, copying, or redistributing our content without permission
- Attempting to disrupt or damage the Service
- Impersonating another person or business
3. User-generated content

We strive to keep park listings accurate and up to date. However, MegoCamp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, price, facility, or booking. Always confirm details directly with the park operator before travelling.
5. Bookings and payments
Bookings made through third-party partners are subject to the terms and conditions of those partners. MegoCamp is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, disputes, or issues arising from bookings made with third parties.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MegoCamp or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
